Not Back to School Party – Ice Cream Social

Due to the extreme heat, we will not have a big enough turn out to make this event worth Michael’s time. So, we will need to cancel Evolution Waterpark and Game Day for Thursday.

However, we would like those available to meet at Dairy Queen in Bastrop for an ice cream social instead. We will still meet on Thursday at 10:00. (Pre-lunch ice cream shouldn’t hurt this one time. 😃) BCHA will pay for the ice cream, but parents will be responsible for additional food and drink purchases. 

Please let me know if you think you may be able to come. I’d like to give Dairy Queen a heads up for staffing purposes. If you have any questions, let me know.
